When I was a kid we used to have these coloring books that would have some outlined image. A house, a bear, a car, something like that. Then we would use our crayons to color in the image.
I don't have kids, so I have no idea if coloring books like this still exist. But, metaphorically (you knew this was coming), they very much exist.
Our words and thoughts create the coloring book. Whatever we think and talk about create an outline of those thoughts and words. Our actions are the crayons that complete the pictures.
You may be thinking that your choice of colors determines your outcomes. Wrong.
No matter which colors you color with, the outline is already created. No matter what you do with the crayons, you end up in the same place.
Your actions are permanently confined to the drawings your thoughts and words give them.
