Every human being has breaking points when it comes to certain aspects of our lives. Push anyone enough, in anything, and they will eventually push back (even if we ourselves are doing the pushing).
I know people who are unhappy with certain aspects of their lives; they have told me directly. I've been in situations where I was clearly unhappy with certain things in my life. But I, and the people I'm referencing, hesitated to do anything about this unhappiness.
Until...
We all reach a point where enough is enough. When we say, this will never happen again. It ends not just now, but RIGHT NOW. And, just like magic, it happens, with a flawless track record of success.
What's stopping any of us from having that same energy all the time? What determines how much equates to "enough"? What is it about the pull of complacency and procrastination that makes both take control of all of us so damn much?
Nothing, really. If I had a more defined, clear answer and solution, I'd be a very rich man/author/speaker/life coach. But I'll keep working at it.
