To realize/actualize myself at my full capacity.

We all have talents and we all have a destiny. Any of us who doesn’t maximize his/her full abilities — squeezing all the juice out of our oranges, so to speak — is selling herself short in life.

And we’re shorting our families, companies, friends, and the people who would learn from or otherwise be inspired by our example if we don’t actually become that example.

Motivation isn’t about objects or money or trophies or comparison — we can’t always control all of those. It’s about looking inside yourself, seeing you at your best, and setting a standard to be that person, as best you can, daily.
