Say yes. Accept that offer. Take that contract. Do that volunteer work. Perform that free show. As Russell Simmons say, give until they cant live without you.
You'll give so much that eventually they'll be coming for you. With higher offers, larger and longer contracts, paid work, lucrative performance deals. So many, in fact, that you'll have to start turning some down.
That's one of those good problems. Go create some of those for yourself.
