1) You’re not there yet. 
You have more work to do. 
You’re not yet producing at even an acceptable level. No one would hire or pay you for what you’re currently producing. You’re an amateur. 
Keep working on your game. 

2) You do your job. 
You’re acceptable, finally — but nothing more than that. 
You show up, do your job, and that’s it. You do what’s asked of you, leave, and no one notices that you’re gone. 
You are good enough, until we find someone better. 
They pay you just enough for you to get by, and your production is the same: just above the “acceptable” line. 
No one can say that you don’t do your job — but, nothing about your work is memorable, either. You’ll be replaced as soon as possible. 

3) This mofo is FOR REAL!! 
You not only deliver, you OVERdeliver. 
You’re better than advertised. People are delighted by your results. 
They tell their friends. You often don’t even have to ask for reviews or testimonials — people come to you with those things because they’re so happy about the resulting outcomes of working with you. 
People look for you when they need more than “just ok” work — knowing that it’ll cost them more to get you, they’re more than happy to pay it. 
You’re worth more than the average goes out there. And even at a higher fee, you’re still worth more than the investment. 
You don’t have to sell yourself as much anymore; they’re calling you.
