Even though I work out daily and drink water and eat “healthy” and all the rest, I still like my snack foods. I eat candy occasionally. I like cakes and pies and baked goods just as much as you do (don’t front). Chips and such? Yes, please!
For me, water and fruit are my most oft-ingested snacks. I take in so much of those, I had to 1) Calculate the time at which I needed to cease drinking fluids to avoid sleep-interrupting bathroom trips, the quantity of which had gotten ridiculous, and 2) Find a salt source to balance out the water; I researched and learned that all the peeing was a result not of having too much water alone, but in not having enough salt to absorb that water and balance out my system.
