In other words, we can talk about a lot more than we can do. The key is to not get caught in the trap of doing what's easy -- talking -- in lieu of what's hard: Doing.

The Doers don't just follow what they see. They make something new.

Doers will watch others, but only for long enough to find inspiration for their next action. Not as an end in itself.

Doers have an audience who want to listen, because the Doer can talk about what they did and what they saw, not always what someone else was doing.


The Doers are who make progress happen.
