Here's a way to bring your energy up, have more time, get more done in less time, feel more important and actually be more important:
Conduct yourself as if you have somewhere to be.
Even if you don't, pretend that you do. People won't know that you're acting and have to respond to you based on what they see. When you have places to be, your time is more valuable and people value what they know is limited and exclusive. When you appear to have somewhere to be, in actuality you do -- you have to go somewhere, after all, when you're moving so fast.
Eventually someone will be willing to pay you to slow down and stay awhile.
