I heard Mark Cuban on an interview recently saying he heard a person say that the formula for success is on a shampoo bottle:

Rinse and Repeat. 

It really is that simple. Or is it?

Well, yeah, it is - once you know what to do, how to do it, who to do it with, who to do it for, when and where to do it, why you're doing it, and have (and know how to use) the tools necessary for the job. Just do the right things over and over again. And success will compound on itself.

It works.

Problem: without an experienced person over your shoulder, you may never know if you're doing the right thing.

Problem: you may be doing the right thing indeed, but without some guide to tell you it's right, you may wrongly believe you're doing the wrong thing because the success hasn't happened yet.

Problem: the Internet has some resources, but unless the person sharing the info knows you and your situation, his information may not help or even apply to you.
