Overseas hopeful players seeking help tell me things they've done to get some career traction going.
These activities include attending exposure camps, contacting/signing with agents, playing for minor league clubs, etc.
Then, a player poses questions about not knowing what to do, what steps to take next, meaningless unimportant minutiae, and general information-gathering that will do nothing for them.

So You've taken some actions and feel you haven't made progress.
So the f*** what?!??
You're looking to get into a profession where fewer than 1% who try, make it. Is everything supposed to just “work” now, all of a sudden like abracadabra?

That's not said to discourage you. It’s a slap in the face reminding you that professional sports are not for the impatient or the mentally weak. [bctt tweet="Professional sports are not for the impatient or the mentally weak." username="dreallday"]
My career didn't begin until 16 months after college graduation. I started building up my brand and website specifically because basketball wasn't working as much as I'd wanted it to.
When things weren't working for me (and there were many times), I didn't go seeking more information. I knew what I wanted: to be signed to a contract. And I knew what that required: someone with the power to sign me had to see me performing. Which meant I needed to market myself. Which meant… all the stuff I've already written about.

There aren't any magic tricks in this shit.
There's nothing “wrong” with you.
There's no such thing as the “right” exposure camp - there are, however, right - and wrong - players.

Not every single thing you do is going to hit the jackpot. Information is most likely NOT your problem. Information is a commodity - basically free or quite cheap, and always available to anyone. If you think information will get you a career, so do the other 800,000 players looking to get a job.
If you're short in anything, it's not information. It's action. [bctt tweet="If you're short in anything, it's not information. It's action." username="dreallday"]
Dedicate yourself to the work and do it. You already know what it is
