If You Can Do One, You Can Do A Thousand

I was watching a college football bowl game over the holiday. On one play, a player pulled himself out of the game due to an apparent injury. Reaching the sideline, the player stopped and put his hands on his knees, unable to move any further.
Only thing was, he was standing on the white of the sidelines. When a play is happening, no one can stand on the white - you must be behind the sidelines.
Back on the field, a new play was set to begin. An assistant (or maybe trainer) grabbed the injured player and gestured him deeper into the sideline area (and off the restricted white stripe). The player, who stopped to double-over when he couldn't have gone any further,  moved a few feet into the allowed area.
We all have that extra few feet in us, that next step, the last push after we've given all we have. [shareable cite="@DreAllDay "]We all have that extra few feet in us, that next step, the last push after we've given all we have.[/shareable]
Start thinking about how you can make a habit of exerting yours.
