The management staff in the building where I live are pretty nice people. It’s three women, who always answer my questions when I have them and send out clearly-written email notices to residents about building updates, such as the twice-yearly window washers who rappel down the sides of the building like Spider-Man, and changes to procedures, like what times of day we can pick up package deliveries.
Management is also completely useless when it comes to making anything happen.
