I get asked a lot of questions. The subject of many questions isn't even what the person really wants. I'll decipher for you here.

Information: Information is endless. Some new information was published in the time it took you to read this sentence. So if a person is asking for information, 1) Google knows more than any human being, and 2) this person will always have a built-in excuse to not take action - there's more information to seek and review!

Advice: Every time I get asked for advice, the person asking me has already figured out his options and decided on one. Advice is this person's way of having his decision confirmed, giving him a scapegoat if things don't go as planned.

So many people will never escape the information/advice matrix. Which is an opportunity for you: Start. Now.

Decide on something and start doing it. You don't have to know what to do. You don't even need to do it well. But you must do it. Here's why:

Knowledge > Information. Learning by doing is more valuable than learning by watching, hearing or reading.
Momentum. Once you get moving with action, it's that much easier to keep going. The longer you wait to take action, momentum builds for you too: The momentum of inaction.
Less competition. The best programs, books, blogs and videos in the world are all stuck in people's heads. No consumer will ever experience those non-creations, and that's a damn shame. The good news for you, self-starter, is you can step in and take the money off the table. While those people think about it and seek more advice, you can do what they're afraid to do: Just start.
