Have you ever been afraid to talk to someone? Make a phone call? Ask for a sale?
And deep down you know that nothing bad will actually happen, no matter what the outcome of your actions. Worst-case, you get turned down, hung-up-on, yelled at?
That's fear: attaching consequences to an action when there are no tangible consequences to taking that action. A team of robots would be one of the best sales team in the world simply because there would be no fear-caused procrastination, no avoiding client calls, and no time wasted thinking about what to do next.
Stop making consequences for yourself, or letting your brain create consequences when there is no real danger. It's slowing you down.
