If you have clowns in your circle, you're a clown too.
If your teammates aren't serious, neither are you.
If your friends aren't about progress, you're probably not about it either.

You could dump those people if you have to, but there's only so far anyone can go alone.

I know you're great by yourself. But You need people with other skills, unique backgrounds, key relationships and extra sets of eyes who can see what you don't see.

If you haven't yet found them, keep looking because they're out there.
If the people around you aren't it, be a Leader and bring them up to your level.
