All the very successful people I follow and seek to learn from have something in common: They move very fast.
Not in a literal sense, of course -- they move quickly to getting jobs done. They are fast to get to work once there's an idea that sparks and then quick to make decisions without looking back. Successful people are also quick to put a decisive end to anything that's not working.
That speed allows for more time for everything else, whatever their "everything else" is -- family, fun, life, etc.
Speed and suddenness can overwhelm a situation. Yes, there are times to go slowly, but anyone can move slowly. The advantage of speed is that not everyone is capable of doing it. And that can make the difference.
