"You have control over only three things on your life -- the thoughts you think, the images you visualize, and the actions you take (your behavior). How you use these three things determines everything you experience. If you don't like what you are producing and experiencing, you have to change your responses. "
I don't even remember how I came to be such a Jack Canfield fan. I surely know it was a recent occurrence, as that's the only way I would have ever started reading The Success Principles.
As I'm writing this, I remembered what it is: A 1-hour talk I heard him give that's on Spotify. Jack is very down-to-earth and matter-of-fact while also enlightening. Jack uses endless stories to illustrate his points and The Success Principles is still an easy enough read that a 3rd grader would grasp 100% of the concepts.
The Success Principles is a lengthy one, on par with Awaken The Giant Within and The Law Of Success in terms of sheer page numbers and the time it took me to get through it. And Jack spared nothing is covering every aspect of success that he could think of: Business, relationships, social media, attending his training seminars. In contrast to Napoleon Hill's no-nonsense, plain-as-day style and Tony Robbins' in-your-face-and-excited ways, Canfield is therapist-like: Calm and relaxed while still being direct.
The Success Principles goes into what's now a self-help triangle with Giant Within and Law of Success.
