People jump on bandwagons after it starts moving and they see everyone else running to grab a seat.
But if you're riding on someone else's, who's driving yours?
Your bandwagon - the permission you give others to follow, support and defend you - needs a driver: the person who makes it cool to follow you and see you as someone worthy of being followed.
It needs maintenance: the Mental Game tools to keep going when the ride is rough. Who fixes the blown tires, changes the oil and keeps it running smooth?
And it needs gas: the energy to keep going, even when the ride is uphill.
In other words, driving and maintaining your own bandwagon is a full-time job.
