Bandwagons

People jump on bandwagons after it starts moving and they see everyone else running to grab a seat.
But if you're riding on someone else's, who's driving yours?

Your bandwagon - the permission you give others to follow, support and defend you - needs a driver: the person who makes it cool to follow you and see you as someone worthy of being followed.
