Anxiety exists only when we’re worrying, stressing or otherwise thinking about something instead of actually doing something about it. It’sa feeling of unease and uncertainty, sometimes over something we don't (fully) control. As soon as we either
A) take whatever action we can, giving ourselves something to focus on,
Or
B) accept that we don't control it and decide to control our minds,

Anxiety subsides.
When we have challenges of any sort -- and we all have challenges -- they grow in strength in direct proportion to how much we allow them space to grow and time to feed on. We allow uncertainty to consume us, and it adversely affects all our actions.
The sooner we address and handle things, the less chance it has to grow into a problem.
