The gym is part of my daily routine.
I take time to write and read and record videos every single day.
And that pretty much sums up the things I'm good at.
Everything you're good at you have routines for. Your business, your body, your relationships. The things you do sporadically, that get inconsistent effort from you, give you inconsistent results.
So whatever you want to be good at, start a routine. It doesn't have to be bold and all-or-nothing, just a start. Losing weight can start with a 10-minute walk, for example. Reading books starts with a paragraph. Saving money can start with $1 a week.
