I don’t know if it happens as often in business, but in the Sports World, participants are often not accepting of the role they are asked to play.
Maybe because the player believes he or she is worthy of a larger role than what they have been given. Sometimes they’re right, sometimes they’re wrong. The bottom line though, is that unless you are accepting of your role, any foul attitude about your “lesser” role is detrimental to the success of the team.
And no team player would ever be guilty of that.
