In weightlifting, many people eventually run into plateaus, where their progress stagnates and they can’t figure out how to get past it. At least in lifting, the problem is somewhat isolated and obvious. In all of life, many people hit many plateaus — and a good percentage of those people don’t even know they’ve got them. Some who are aware, don’t know how or why they’ve got there. And a lot have no idea what to do about it, or if they should do anything about it.
That’s a problem. Today’s show takes aim at solving it.
