I posted a video on YouTube years ago about finding our “killer instinct” for sports and Life. Several players commented about how they found their best “zone” while playing. A large majority of those who’d found it talked about getting angry and leveraging the anger to perform at their best.
Today, I examine why we do so well at our work when we’re mad — and, how we can leverage the elements and use them without the need to be angry.
