Multitasking isn’t real; what it actually is, is a quick switching of focus from one task to another. Some things, like driving, we can (sometimes) do without consciously focusing on the action. The stuff we are going to be great at, though, requires our full focus, and our full everything else.
Think of your life’s greatest accomplishments. Whatever They are, you probably it all you had into them — time, money, energy, attention… you had to in order to achieve the outcome. Anything you’ve done that didn’t require your full resources probably isn’t on that best accomplishments list.
Today’s show is about going all-in, and staying there, for your most important outcomes.
