There’s an NBA player I was watching one day and started wondering about. This guy’s been in the league for a re years now. How the hell has he not developed a jump shot?
Crazy thing is, how lack of shooting is the only weakness that keeps him from being a more integral — and higher paid — player. He’s great on defense. Long arms and pretty athletic. But he’s a liability on offense. I looked him up and saw he’d been a pro for four years. Does this guy have no one around him to advice that he works on his game?
This whole thing is further complicated by the fact that this guy is in the NBA, the top basketball entity in existence. Who’s gonna tell him he needs to do better?
Apparently, no one. Either That, or he’s just not listening.
