I Read a story about former NBA player Derek Fisher. When Fisher was in college and the clear best player on his team, his teams Coach would rely on Derek to push the other players.

When the team was dragging in practice, the coach could pull Derek aside and say, “Derek, get these guys going right now or we will be in here all day.”

Derek Fisher got them going, even if they hadn't wanted to get going.
