Though many people say it and it sounds good, not everyone is really trying to get better.

Some people are just comfortable with where they are. They don’t see the possibility for getting better, thus couldn’t do what they don’t know exists.

And though you’re a leader who can open people’s eyes to what they can’t see, not everyone wants their eyes opened. They are who they are, and it’s not your business to change that. You can only be an example. They follow if they wish; they don’t have to.

What you have to do, then, is get these people out of your circle. Today’s show teaches you how to do just that.
