At the start of my senior season, my high school basketball coach told us how a player who’d been a senior the year before refused to meet with and talk to an NCAA division 2 coach. The player felt he was a division 1 player.

They player never played college basketball.

We all know, or think we know, what we’re worth when it’s time to receive. The question is if we’re willing to invest in much in us as we should given our lofty valuations.
