Really? Another list I need to keep, Dre? I already have enough lists to manage. My to-do list, goals list, family list, chores list… And 3 lists at that?
Well, yes. But here’s the thing: these three lists will enhance your life for the better. They will change your consciousness and the way you habitually think. They will make your mind draw things to you that you want, instead of the bad (maybe) or random (probably) that you’re getting now. You need to make these lists today.
Thankful: List at least 100 things you’re thankful for. Nothing is too small or insignificant. Remember that this list is not being held up for approval.
Accomplishments: List at least 100 achievements you’re proud of in life. Same rules from above apply.
Your goals of who you’ll be, what you’ll do, and what you’ll have. Write them in the present, positive tense as they already exist.
