By my senior year of college, I was sick and tired of school. Not only were the classes and work getting on my last nerve, but seeing my classmates doing all their work and pleasing our teachers disgusted me.
I looked around at the other students and there was something in me that knew I could achieve more than them in “real life.” But, based on what was happening in the classroom, I was a slacking underachiever with an unrealistic hoop dream. And it took many years for my results in life to prove my idea. Thank God for the internet.
Today’s show is about school, and it’s also not about school. The best don’t always end up as the best.
