“Life has it’s ups and downs,” they say. My ups got you listening to this Podcast, watching my videos, buying my books. But it’s the downs that give character to my words. If I’d never been through anything, you wouldn’t relate to anything I said; even the right words would be like a foreign language based on who it was coming from.

Today I’ll share some times in my own life when things — and me — weren’t looking so good. I had a lot to chose from. Maybe I’ll do this again.
