Just because you’re working hard, putting in effort, and over delivering value does NOT mean you’re not supposed to collect on your work.

There is a time for doing the work, and there is a time to get paid for your work. If you were skilled, you can do both at the same time. Some people make the mistake of doing too much of one, and not enough of the other.

We will handle that one today.
