Being “nice” is not the goal and if you’re just trying to be nice, you’re lying. You’re putting on a fake version of yourself to make people like you. I’ve said it many times: being important matters way more than being nice. This is a results game, not a nice person contest. Get important first then you can choose to be nice if you want.
