This is part two of my four-part series on killing your passive aggression. Today I’m talking about three behaviors you need to stop. First, vague language stops hiding behind unclear words and just says where you stand. Second, convenient memory loss deals with issues early instead of pretending you forgot until it blows up. Third, saying yes with your mouth but no with your actions if you’re out of a commitment, say so instead of ghosting on it.
Show Notes:
[00:44] #4 Stop using vague language.
[06:29] #5 Convenient memory loss.
[10:08] #6 Saying yes in your words, but saying no in your actions.
