Today I'm breaking down why context is everything when it comes to communication. I’ve talked a lot about the importance of being able to communicate whether you're talking one-on-one, speaking to a group, or writing something down. But the key part most people miss is context. You can say the right thing, but if the timing, tone, or situation is off, it won't land. I explain exactly what context means, why it's just as important as the message itself, and how mastering it changes how people receive what you say.
Show Notes:
[02:53] #1 The exact same material presented in a different context lands very differently with the exact same person or the exact same audience.
[10:43] #2 If your message is not landing and you are 100% sure that your message is good and useful, then the problem is not the material.
[15:48] #3 Context equals packaging.

Execution is not a talent.
It is a standard.
If your results don’t match your ability, you are out of alignment — not under-informed.
There are only two scenarios:
Either you don’t know where your execution is breaking…
Or you’re not showing up at the level required to perform.
