I got the idea from a viral post showing a flashy Black rapper and a plain-dressed white entertainer sitting front row at a game. The post—and the reaction to it—revealed how folks justify mediocrity and avoid facing hard truths. Hopefully, none of these apply to you… but if they do, it’s time to ask why. Let’s break it down.
