#3297: Be Important - Not "Nice"
In this episode, I’m talking about why you need to be important, not nice. I know that goes against what most people say, but that’s exactly why I’m saying it. The whole “it’s more important to be nice” idea sounds good, but it doesn’t actually help you win. ‘
I’ll break down why that phrase is nonsense and what really matters if you want to be respected and make things happen.
