Today, I’m diving into my biggest issue with the liberal view. A lot of people think I’m conservative, but I don’t side with any political party. I’ve always tried to think logically and objectively. The liberal idea of equity—giving people different levels of help based on their needs—sounds good, but I don’t agree with it. I’ll explain why I’m not a fan and why I believe in a different approach.

Execution is not a talent.
It is a measurable standard.
If your results don’t match your ability, you are not lacking information—you are lacking execution reliability.
The Execution Reliability Index (ERI) identifies exactly where your discipline breaks, where your standards drop, and where your results are leaking.
This is not theory.
This is a system.
