We want to show we're the best, and that drives us in everything we do. Then, I get into the pressure to provide and protect. I say that pressure can actually help push us to take action and get things done. Lastly, I cover how men who don't follow the traditional role of provider and protector might get judged, but that doesn't make them less of a man. It’s time we rethink these ideas and look at things from a real perspective.
