You need to control 100% of your business to make it produce what you want. And you can’t control what you don’t understand.

Yes, build a team to help you. Yes, delegate. But you must know everything happening in your business – how it happens, why it happens and what makes it work.

Once you know it all – literally – then you can pass work off to others. Then you’ll know when mistakes are happening, who made the mistake, and how it must be fixed.

You don’t want to be hiring people who know that you don’t know what’s going on. Without having the knowledge yourself, you can’t hold anyone accountable.

And from there, things can get ugly.
