Execution means actually doing what you plan or decide to do. Innovation is about coming up with new ideas or ways of doing things. Both are good, but guess what? Getting things done (that's execution) is way more important. Today, I'll tell you why focusing on getting stuff done matters more than always trying to be super creative.
