Now, every hour I spend on other platforms is an hour I'm not working on my own stuff—writing articles, recording this show, creating new programs, you get the drift. It got me thinking about the balance we need to strike, especially for active self-marketers like myself, between being "outside" and "inside."

When I'm out there on other people's shows or platforms, that's the "outside" hustle – reaching new audiences and expanding my reach. On the flip side, the "inside" is when I'm here recording for my own audience, writing articles, and working on internal business stuff like courses and sales funnels. Today, I want to share with you the internal conversation I have about this delicate balance.
