This two-part series came from an observation that arises from witnessing numerous bosses unfairly assigning blame to their subordinates or staff members. In such situations, the boss points fingers at the worker for a mistake, whereas, in reality, the boss should reflect on their own actions or oversights that might have led to the worker making that mistake.
