
The key to your success is not hard work. It is an inaccurate formula. Working harder on the right things is a great thing to do, while working hard on the wrong things is a bad idea and a poor use of your resources. However, hard work does still matter, and hard work does still play a significant role in a person's success versus a person's failure. And none of those cute quotes about working smarter versus working harder or delegation or about multiplying your results or scaling your business are these catchphrases that you hear people talking about all the time.
