Today is a continuation of where and how to use AI in your business. It is undeniable that Artificial Intelligence is as powerful as it can wipe away your capabilities and do it on its own instead. This is a real thing and this will threaten a lot of people's businesses, and it's going to take some people's businesses out from underneath their feet who are not thinking on their toes right now. It is more than serious because even though they're not talking to a human being, they know it's not a human being, but the AI will be able to make it a personalized experience for them. And again, the more people who pick this up, the more it will become an expectation of your customers, which means they're going to expect you to be doing it as well, even though you might have missed the boat, and you weren't really paying attention to what you heard here in this series.
