#2685: Baby Steps: Too Small And Too Slow

Today’s masterclass, we're discussing the concept of "baby steps." Think of it like a toddler learning to walk—it's cute but not very efficient. Similarly, taking small, gradual steps in our goals might seem appealing, but it often leads to complications and slow progress.

The issue is that many of us get caught in the trap of taking baby steps, which results in unnecessary delays. Saying, "I'll check it out" or "I'll do it later" becomes an excuse that adds time and keeps us from achieving our goals.

Show notes:

[17:00] #2 Isn't baby steps better than nothing?
[23:43] #3 Most successful people operate by the ideas of fast and now, not later, and not slow.

Execution is not a talent.
It is a standard.

If your results don’t match your ability, you are out of alignment — not under-informed.

There are only two scenarios:
Either you don’t know where your execution is breaking…
Or you’re not showing up at the level required to perform.
