When you step on stage, on the court, or pick up the phone, you are THE BEST who has ever done it. Period. This is the prevailing mindset you need to carry with you for the entirety of any performance.
Once the performance is over, though, and you have a chance to reflect, tweak, adjust, and get back to work, it’s humility – a lower opinion of yourself – that you need. Knowing you’re not the best is what gets you out of bed on the days you don’t feel like it. Knowing you have a long way to go is what drives you to make those last 3 calls or shoot those last 25 jumpers.
Learn today how to develop both mindsets and how they will work for you.
