Personal initiative is, after having a definite purpose, the most important principle of success. Napoleon Hill addressed personal initiative in my favorite book, The Law Of Success [episode #60].

When you see an opportunity to make something happen, take it. When something needs to be said, say it. When you decide something must be done, do it!
