When I speak with professional athletes, there’s one common challenge regardless of gender, league or sport: more people want stuff from them than ever before.

The more and better you do, attention follows. People start noticing. A lot of good stuff comes from this, yes. But there will be some garbage as well.

Today is all about disposing of that garbage.
